<p>Our volunteers need to be consistent, caring, flexible and motivated to work with kids. You also must meet the following requirements before we can assign you to a Club: </p>

    <li>Be a positive role model</li>
    <li>Complete a volunteer application </li>
    <li>Conduct an interview prior to volunteering</li>
    <li>Attend an orientation session </li>
    <li>Pass a criminal background check </li>
